The room was available from noon which was very useful for the purpose of our trip. The breakfast buffet was very good. The room was larger than we'd expected for the price. They had no problem allowing us in with our dog which is why I chose the hotel. Only a one nighter but comfortable, a cute little bar, heating was excellent and customer controlled ! Staff friendly without being sycophantic . If we need to stay over in Clermont Ferrand again then this place will be chosen.

The 24hours reception was very practical since I was arriving at 1am. No need for codes or complicated instructions, just a person talking to you. Just perfect.

The room was quite small but the bed was comfortable. The reception staff were excellent. Breakfast in the morning was very generous.

We have stopped at the hotel 4/5 times on our drive to and from Spain we find the hotel is very conveniently placed the staff are very helpful

Very friendly staff. Clean. Quiet. We loved it with the cruisers and freighters passing quietly by on the river.
