Good standard everywhere and friendly staff. The room was comfortable and the breakfast good.

The room was available from noon which was very useful for the purpose of our trip. The breakfast buffet was very good. The room was larger than we'd expected for the price. They had no problem allowing us in with our dog which is why I chose the hotel. Only a one nighter but comfortable, a cute little bar, heating was excellent and customer controlled ! Staff friendly without being sycophantic . If we need to stay over in Clermont Ferrand again then this place will be chosen.

The 24hours reception was very practical since I was arriving at 1am. No need for codes or complicated instructions, just a person talking to you. Just perfect.

The room was quite small but the bed was comfortable. The reception staff were excellent. Breakfast in the morning was very generous.

Well reachable travelling on the a71/a75. Quite neighbourhoud.

You get what you pay for. Comfy room and a great breakfast at a very reasonable price with polite staff. Therefore they deserve a 10!
